Before you email about an order
Have your order number ready, it is in your confirmation email. If you are asking about delivery, check the tracking link you were sent first. Tracking often sits without updating for a few days once a package reaches the local carrier, which is normal.
Orders leave within one to two business days. Delivery to the United States usually runs around 12 to 15 working days, Canada and Europe 15 to 25, elsewhere 20 to 30.
Returns and anything that arrived wrong
You have 30 days from delivery. Email us before sending anything back, because we need to send you a return label first and parcels that arrive without one cannot be accepted.
If your order turned up damaged or faulty, or it is the wrong item, tell us straight away and include a photo. We will sort it out.
Not sure which toy suits your dog?
Ask us, sizing is the thing people most often get wrong. Our balls run from 38 mm to 80 mm and they suit small and medium dogs rather than large breeds. The FAQ has the sizes side by side, along with honest answers on chewers and battery life.
